Qi (Chi) is Life Force Energy.
Qi Gong is an ancient health and wellbeing practice to lessen stress and cultivate energy.
Practicing Relaxation is as important to the body as Exercise.
Join Instructor Claudia Elwell as she introduces Qi Gong to Lopez FIT.
Through movement, breath and self-massage the body is allowed to center and let go into a meditative state.

One Hour Circuit Training with Heidi

A Full Body Metabolism Revving Workout In 1 Hour!

This class is for ALL fitness levels!

Using free weights, body weight, balance and machines, we will do a circuit of 17 stations. We complete each numbered station for 1 minute with 17 seconds to switch to the next station. We do this circuit twice with stretching to start and finish. The circuit changes every week! We have a lot of fun and your workout is done for the day!

Strength - Confidence - Flexibility

This is a full body stretch and core work using a miniball. The workout is followed by a guided meditation to check in with our bodies. Bring your yoga mat!
