Class Fee: $6 per class if you're a Lopez Fit member, $3 per class for scholarship members, $12 to drop-in or you can purchase a monthly unlimited pass for $75! Lots of options!

Arrive early to get signed in. Bring water, wear good shoes and be ready to SWEAT and have FUN!

Stretch and Strength with Heidi

STRENGTH - CONFIDENCE - FLEXIBILITY

This is a full body stretch and core work using a miniball. Followed by a 10-minute guided meditation to check in with our bodies. Bring your yoga mat if you plan to attend!

Bootcamp & Interval Training with Katherine

High intensity circuit workouts with minimal rest. You'll sweat the entire hour!

Feel like you need that extra push? Our bootcamp class is designed to keep you on your toes! We want to keep you guessing and push you out of your comfort zone for maximum results and fitness. We'll work all muscle groups and increase knowledge of fitness by incorporating different weights and equipment.

$12 for a drop in class, $6 if you're a gym member, and $3 scholarship rates available.

Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:30 and Monday mornings at 10AM on June 10th & 24th 2019! Look for expanded dates in July 2019.


One Hour Abuse by Heidi

Circuit Training with Heidi Strong

A full body work out in one hour.

Hours: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, 7:45am - 8:45am and 9:30am - 10:30am

Class Fee: $6 per class for gym members or $12 drop-in; no pre-registration needed.

Using free weights, body weight,balance and machines we will do a circuit of 17 stations..completing each numbered station for one minute with 17 seconds to switch to the next consecutive number. We do this circuit twice,with stretching to start and finish.

This class is for all fitness levels and the circuit changes every week to keep the body changing.

We have a lot of fun and your workout is done for the day…and metabolism revved.

Put on Your Silver Sneakers

Friends, Fitness & Fun!

Hours: Wednesday & Friday, 10:00 am - 10:45 am

Class Fee: free to Silver Sneaker members; $6 per class for non-Silver Sneakers members.

A class for Silver Sneaker participants and those looking for low impact exercise.

Range of motion, strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, posture, balance & flexibility. Utilizing chairs, bands, balls & free weights.
