Circuit Express!

1/2 hour full body workout.

A full body work out in 30 minutes!

Hours: Tuesday and Thursday. 12PM.

This class begins on Tuesday September 25th.

Class Fee: $3 per class; no pre-registration needed. Must be a current participation member (see "Fees" page).

This class is for all fitness levels and the circuit gets revamped each week for new and exciting challenges.

Class Fee: $5 per class if you're a Lopez Fit member, $3 per class for scholarship members, $10 to drop-in or you can purchase a monthly unlimited pass for $75! Lots of options!

Arrive early to get signed in. Bring water, wear good shoes and be ready to SWEAT and have FUN! First class is FREE!

A full body work out in one hour.

Hours: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, 7:45am - 9:00am and 9:30am - 10:30am

Class Fee: $5 per class; no pre-registration needed. Must be a current participation member (see "Fees" page).

Using free weights, body weight,balance and machines we will do a circuit of 17 stations..completing each numbered station for one minute with 17 seconds to switch to the next consecutive number. We do this circuit twice,with stretching to start and finish.

This class is for all fitness levels and the circuit changes every week to keep the body changing.

We have a lot of fun and your workout is done for the day…and metabolism revved.

Friends, Fitness & Fun!

Hours: Wednesday & Friday, 10:00 am - 10:45 am

Class Fee: free to Silver Sneaker members; $5 per class for non-Silver Sneakers members. No pre-registration needed.

A class for Silver Sneaker participants and those looking for low impact exercise.

Range of motion, strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, posture, balance & flexibility. Utilizing chairs, bands, balls & free weights.
