– Stretch and Strength Ball Class is cancelled for December 20
– YOGA with Nicole Szostak starting February 10 – Thursdays 4pm-5pm
– MAT PILATES with Nicole Szostak starting February 8 – Tuesdays 4pm-5pm
HOURS
Monday – Friday :: 7am – 6pm
Saturdays :: 7am – noon

NOTE: We are closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. We close early – at 4pm – on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

You can sign up for classes using our online calendar. Signups to use the main gym are not necessary.
