One-Hour Circuit Training with Heidi

A Full Body Metabolism Revving Workout In 1 Hour!

This class is for ALL fitness levels! Using free weights, body weight, balance and machines, we will do a circuit of 17 stations. We complete each numbered station for 1 minute with 17 seconds to switch to the next station. We do this circuit twice with stretching to start and finish. The circuit changes every week! We have a lot of fun and your workout is done for the day!

When:
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8am and 10am
Saturdays at 8am and 10am

Silver Sneakers

This class is FREE to Silver Sneakers Members!

Work to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living.

Kerry is a Certified Instructor and trained with Lori Coleman Brown at Atlas Pilates Seattle.

Stretch and Strength Ball Class w/ Kiyo

Strength – Confidence – Flexibility

This is a full body stretch and core workout using a miniball.  The workout is followed by a guided meditation to check in with our bodies.  Bring your yoga mat!!

When: Monday & Wednesday at 11am-12pm

Total body workout in 30 minutes!

This class is the half-hour version of the one-hour circuit. You can fit it in at lunchtime. No excuses.

Introducing Fitness Zumba!

Not your standard Zumba fare!  This Zumba specialty incorporates squats, lunges and other full body movements to deliver an extremely effective workout.  Dance routines are simple and easy to follow so instead of figuring out the steps you can concentrate on perfecting your moves.  If you are looking for a fun, low impact exercise class but don’t consider yourself “a dancer”, this may be the Zumba for you!
