CIRCUIT TRAINING with Heidi

A Full Body Metabolism Revving Workout In 1 Hour!

This class is for ALL fitness levels! Using free weights, body weight, balance and machines, we will do a circuit of 17 stations. We complete each numbered station for 1 minute with 17 seconds to switch to the next station. We do this circuit twice with stretching to start and finish. The circuit changes every week! We have a lot of fun and your workout is done for the day!

When: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays at 8am and 10am.

Class Fee: Gym Members $7. Drop-In $15. Scholarships Available.

MINDFULLNESS YOGA 
with Jessica Velo

I have over 20 years’ experience with Yoga and am passionate about the positive impact it can bring to your life.

My  approach to teaching Yoga is  supportive and gentle, yet challenging.  I will introduce poses with progressively advanced options so each student, from beginner to advanced, learns to choose the best practice for themselves in each moment. You make each class as relaxing or challenging as you want, and progress happens naturally and safely over time.

When: Wednesdays, 8:30am – 9:30am.

ZUMBA with Debbie Mackie

WILL BE RETURNING IN FALL 2024

Come join the party!   Dance the winter blues away with your homies!  This 60 minute class features high and low intensity intervals to improve cardiovascular fitness as well as balance, coordination and agility.  The dance choreography set to upbeat music is repetitive and easy to follow, so come have some fun!

When:  Mondays & Fridays, 8:30am – 9:30am

STRENGTHEN & LENGTHEN with Kiyo

Flexibility – Stability – Confidence

An intentional mat-based core and full body workout using mini-ball and light weights. Establish a breathing connection to assist strengthening and stretching. Class concludes with a guided meditation to settle in your “reboot.”  Bring your yoga mat!!

When: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 10am – 11am

VINYASA YOGA with Jessica Velo

These high energy 60-minute Yoga flows will focus on connecting movement with the breath to invigorate and empower.  We will be moving quickly, working on balance, strengthening, and connecting to your body.  You will be encouraged to  work at your own pace and many modifications will be offered.  This class is great for beginners who feel comfortable moving at a quicker pace.

When: Tuesdays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
