Come Ready To Sweat and Dance!

This class is for ALL fitness levels! Arrive early to get signed-in. Bring water, wear good shoes and be ready to SWEAT and have FUN!

One-Hour Circuit Training with Heidi

A Full Body Metabolism Revving Workout In 1 Hour!

This class is for ALL fitness levels! Using free weights, body weight, balance and machines, we will do a circuit of 17 stations. We complete each numbered station for 1 minute with 17 seconds to switch to the next station. We do this circuit twice with stretching to start and finish. The circuit changes every week! We have a lot of fun and your workout is done for the day!

When: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday at 7:45am – 9:00am and 9:30am – 10:30am

Lunch Time Circuit Express

Total body workout in 30 minutes!

This class is the half-hour version of the one-hour circuit. You can fit it in at lunchtime. No excuses.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:00pm – 12:30pm

Stretch and Strength Ball Class

Strength – Confidence – Flexibility

This is a full body stretch and core work using a miniball. The workout is followed by a guided meditation to check in with our bodies. Bring your yoga mat!

When: Monday at 10:00am – 10:45am. Wednesday & Friday at 11:15am – 12:00pm
