Circuit Training with Heidi

A Full Body Metabolism Revving Workout In 1 Hour!

This class is for ALL fitness levels! Using free weights, body weight, balance and machines, we will do a circuit of 17 stations. We complete each numbered station for 1 minute with 17 seconds to switch to the next station. We do this circuit twice with stretching to start and finish. The circuit changes every week! We have a lot of fun and your workout is done for the day!

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8am and 10am. Saturdays at 8am and 10am.

Class Fee: Gym Members $6. Drop-In $15. Scholarships Available.

BOOT CAMP  with Nicole

Join in on our new and exciting bootcamp class that combines strength training and cardio bursts for a full-body burn! This is a high-energy class where we will be moving quick and having tons of fun as we burn those calories! You will leave this class sweating and heart pumping; feeling more powerful and accomplished than ever before. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace and will be given many modifications making this class accessible to most.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays  @ 4:30- 5:30pm.

ZUMBA !

with Debbie Mackie (she’s back, yay!)

Come join the party!   Dance the winter blues away with your homies!  This 60 minute class features high and low intensity intervals to improve cardiovascular fitness as well as balance, coordination and agility.  The dance choreography set to upbeat music is repetitive and easy to follow, so come have some fun!

When: Mondays & Fridays 8:30am – 9:30am

Strengthen & Lengthen w/ Kiyo

Flexibility – Stability – Confidence

An intentional mat-based core and full body workout using mini-ball and light weights. Establish a breathing connection to assist strengthening and stretching. Class concludes with a guided meditation to settle in your “reboot.”  Bring your yoga mat!!

When: Monday & Wednesday at 10am-11am

Mat Pilates with Nicole Szostak

Classic full-body Mat Pilates workout focusing on stabilizing the core, improving posture, and strengthening the total body using only your body weight and resistance.  Suitable for all skill levels!

Yoga with Nicole Szostak

This 60-minute yoga flow will revitalize your body, relax your mind, and help reduce stress with slow, gentle standing and floor poses to increase your flexibility and improve your breath capacity.  It is great for beginners of any age or physical condition or experience.  The end of class will be followed by a brief meditation and breathwork techniques to help promote relaxation.

Please bring a yoga mat.

This is a new class being offered at Lopez Fit staring October 2022.

  • 30-minute full body workout.
  • NO FLOOR WORK
  • Core / Balance / Free Weights / Machines
  • Increase bone density
  • Great for those just starting back or rehabbing.
